It took me forever to find the parking lot I was supposed to go to. I was supposed to go to parking 4 but there are like 16 parking structures or something and it was confusing.
Once in the building I found out I would be sharing a locker room with the mascot and all the cheer leaders, male and female. You could see it on their faces… they were thinking who is this dude invading our space and why does he have a unicycle?
I learned from the Washington Mystics game that it isn’t ideal to go all day without any food before performing so I grabbed myself an arena dog and that is was got me through the show.
I went out to perform and the nerves hit me pretty good. I didn’t do my best but at least no one got injured.
At the end of the performance I was unicycling into the center court and instead of paying attention to where I was going I was looking at the TV cameras that were filming the announcers with all the lights and equipment that they had near center court. As I approached center court suddenly my unicycle was no longer under me and it went flying. I had ridden strait into my radio! I kept juggling so maybe they all thought it was part of the act. I am pretty nerdy out there!
